Los promotores de Daily Corp, un supuesto proyecto de criptomoneda que prometi\u00f3 una rentabilidad anual de 120% a los colombianos, han desaparecido de la escena tras apoderarse del dinero de unas 200 mil personas. Cerca de 100 millones de d\u00f3lares no aparecen y tras m\u00faltiples denuncias, el caso ahora est\u00e1 bajo investigaci\u00f3n de la fiscal\u00eda general de la Naci\u00f3n. En medio de ese escenario, hubo una nueva reuni\u00f3n en la que se discuti\u00f3 el proyecto de ley para regular los exchanges de criptomonedas en Colombia, como lo dio a conocer en un tuit el congresista colombiano Juli\u00e1n L\u00f3pez.<br>\u00abVamos para adelante con la ponencia, necesitamos todo su apoyo, y quiero enviar desde aqu\u00ed un mensaje de tranquilidad al gremio\u00bb, se\u00f1ala L\u00f3pez en un video compartido.<br>Esta nueva cita cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del excongresista Mauricio Toro, quien impuls\u00f3 la propuesta en la legislatura pasada junto al abogado Le\u00f3n Santaella. Ambos estuvieron presentes en la reuni\u00f3n realizada ayer.<br>Sergio Le\u00f3n, quien fue el asesor de Mauricio Toro para la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 participando en las discusiones para defender la ley de exchanges de bitcoin en el Congreso colombiano.<br>Por parte del sector privado, estuvo el emprendedor Mauricio Tovar. Juntos est\u00e1n extendiendo la invitaci\u00f3n al gobierno de Gustavo Petro, las instituciones, as\u00ed como al colectivo en general a que se sumen a las discusiones que buscan llevar la propuesta al Parlamento.<\/p>\n<\/div><!-- \/wp:paragraph-->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph--><div class=\"gridContainer\">\n<p>\u2714Un registro para empresas de bitcoin autorizadas a operar en Colombia<\/p>\n<\/div><!-- \/wp:paragraph-->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph--><div class=\"gridContainer\">\n<p>Una vez aprobada, la ley establece la creaci\u00f3n de un Registro \u00danico de Plataformas de Intercambio de Criptoactivos (RUPIC).<br>Bajo este \u00f3rgano regulador los exchanges que operen en Colombia estar\u00e1n \u00abvigilados\u00bb. Esto con la idea de que toda informaci\u00f3n de registro y dem\u00e1s datos est\u00e9 al alcance de los consumidores, quienes podr\u00e1n determinar si una casa de cambio cumple o no con la ley. A mediados del mes pasado hubo un debate en el que tambi\u00e9n se discuti\u00f3 el proyecto de ley. Durante el conversatorio organizado por L\u00f3pez, participaron representantes del ecosistema de Bitcoin en Colombia, as\u00ed como funcionarios p\u00fablicos y del Estado.
